We want every family to love their Glimmering Wings experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of Fairy Dust credits, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout.
  2. Find the order in your purchase history and click Request refund.
  3. Or email us at support@kidsfairyglow.com and we'll help.

What happens to unused credits

When a refund is approved, any Fairy Dust credits from that purchase that you haven't yet used are removed from your balance. Credits that were already spent to generate videos remain spent — the videos we delivered have already been produced and paid for at our end.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting us means we can't help resolve the issue directly. Please reach out first — most issues are simple to fix.

Service issues

If a video failed to generate due to a problem on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance — no action needed.
