Orion's story

Orion was named after the constellation because he was born on the coldest, clearest night of the year — the kind of night where every star looks close enough to grab. He grabbed one. It became his wand.
He noticed something the other fairies missed: some children do not need a lullaby. They need someone to say, “That was brave. I saw it.” The wiggling, the wobbling, the sitting in the big chair at the dentist — all of it is brave.
Now Orion flies the night shift with his star wand glowing, looking for brave smiles. He leaves letters that read more like medals, and he always adds one line at the end: keep going, you're doing great.
